Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and individual fibres. Myofascial release is a specialised manual therapy used for the effective treatment and rehabilitation of soft tissue and fascial aches, pains and I’ll restrictions which can impede movement and cause discomfort, and to treat skeletal muscle immobility and pain, allowing the muscles to work more efficiently

    Entry Requirements

    This course is ideal for physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports massage therapists, sports rehabilitators and sports therapists. Applicants should have a minimum Level 3 qualification in their respective field, however applications are based on their merit

    Course Fees - £130 for face to face courses (7 credits for Continuing Professional Development (CPD)). £30 for online courses (3 credits)
